I'm unable to print colour PDFs in colour - Print preview shows the output in greyscale.

I am unable to print from my MacBook Air to my HP Tango printer in colour.

Software on both is latest available (OS Mojave 10.14.2)

Print preview shows the image in greyscale.

I converted the original PDF files to .png and .JPG files but that made no difference.

The issue impacts files from different sources....( they are all colour Habit Trackers).

I can print content from the internet and my photos in colour no problem, so I don't think the issue is with my printer..? I have checked all the settings for my printer (they are very basic) and print options under System Preferences.

Any help and tips would be great.

MacBook Air (2018 or later)

Ahhh , thank you BDAqua, that's interesting.

When I check the 'Printer Features' on my HP Tango... the only available option is to change the dpi.

When I check the options for my old Brother printer.... I have the same 'Printer Features' including color/greyscale option.

I'll drag my old brother printer out and try a test print.....( I stopped using my Brother as it stopped sensing the new Yellow cartridge plus it doesn't have WiFi). Ideally though I'd be able to print direct to my HP Tango, which I purchased just recently.
