is there any apple support number i can call from south africa to reset security questions for my appleID

If tried resetting them myself but it doesnt work and all the apple support numbers I've called just ring and cut out without answer

This is what I get when I try to go to get support everytime

Spoke to a UK support advisor via chat, they not allowed to reset via chat and she couldnt organise a callback to verify my identity.
