Organise apps from iPhone with iTunes or other app on iMac

I have a lot of apps on my iPhone and it would be very handy if I had an app on my iMac to sort and organise all of my apps.

In iTunes this is no longer possible, but maybe there are other programs where you can do exactly the same as iTunes
