I just bought my phone recently and the headphones that came with it, just stopped working randomly. Can I bring it in to get a new pair?

Yes, but try this first.


1) Check the charging port for lint or other debris.

2) See: Use Apple headphones with your iPhone, iPad, and iPod

3) See: If your headphones don‘t work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


If no help, take them back and have them replaced (bring your phone along).
