Podcast Blocks Explicit Content

I just purchased the IPhone XR and when I try to download my podcasts like I do on my ipad it comes with an error "Episode Contains Explicit Content-Your administrator has turned off explicit content." But i have looked at all the settings in Itunes, in POdcasts and in Screentime and none of them have changed. How do I change this back to normal?

Cannot play explicit podcasts Hi,I am using iOS 12 on my iPhone and when trying to listen to podcasts I have started receiving the following: "To play this episode, allow explicit content under Screen Time in the Settings app." I have always allowed explicit content and, upon checking, I see that already under Screen Time in the Settings app it is set to "Explicit" for Music, Podcasts & News.I have un-installed and re-installed the Podcast app and also reset my iPhone (as per suggestions in the Apple Community) but nothing is working.Note that I moved regions recently (from UK to UAE), but I am not sure how that could impact the above. Podcast message - Unable to play. Something went wrong. Try again later I have iTunes on my PC and use this device to manage my podcasts, music etc. I then synch the PC with my iPhone 6s. Everything has been working fine for many years until yesterday when I tried to play a BBC podcast on my iPhone and received the above message. The podcasts play as normal on my PC suggesting it is something to do with the phone or iTunes but I'm not sure which. I've looked online and can't find much about the problem or how to resolve it. I've updated the iOS to 13.4.1. I've re-started my phone. I've un-synched then re-synched the podcasts from my PC to the phone again. Does anyone know anything about this problem and how to fix it? Many thanks.
