Hello all, I tried purchasing an app thru my phone. purchase went thru my paypal; the purchase shows on my purchase history. the company I purchased the subscription to, does not show a payment. I have tried to send "report a problem" to Apple with "error" messages returned...all three times! HELP

If you are having a problem using the report a problem site try http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html instead
