“there is a billing problem with the previous purchase”

I put 15$ on my phone through a apple gift card and i want to update my apps but because of a “previous billing problem” I’m not able to. I go to check my purchase history but it doesn’t really say which purchase didn’t go through so I don’t know how to fix it or pay for it.

This is an issue where you need to speak directly to Apple.
