Do audio messages disappear if you don't listen to them?

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you want to know more about audio messages in the Messages app on your iPhone. Normally, to save space your iPhone automatically deletes audio messages two minutes after you listen to them, unless you tap Keep. To always keep them, go to Settings > Messages > Expire (below Audio Messages), then tap Never. Here is more info about audio messages.
