my internet service provider, charter spectrum, just increased my download speeds to 200 mbs at no cost. what is my time capsule 802.11ac 2tb capable of handling in both 2.4 and 5 ghz modes?

2.4 GHz speeds up to about 200 Mbps, although typical 2.4 GHz speeds will be in the 130-150 Mbps range.
5 Ghz speeds up to 1,300 Mbps if the Mac is very close to the Time Capsule with line of sight to the Time Capsule.
But......remember that WiFi signals are Half Duplex......so the actual throughput on the network will be about half of the connection speeds.
