Two factor authentication unable to turn it off, it is very frustrating, can anyone help me please, this setting is a pain as everytime you sign in to your other devices it keep asking for verification code

Only if you enabled it within the last two weeks can you possibly disable it, which you would do via the enrolment email that you got when you enabled it - see towards the bottom of : Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support
