India Service Centre is Worst Service Centre (UNDER WARRANTY PHONE NON-REPAIRABLE)

Hi Apple Community,

Here, I would like to let you know that in India the service centre of the Apple is to much worst and I would not able to resolve my IphoneX issue with here people and one more thing that I also belong from India.

Almost 11 months back I bought the IphoneX thru "Reliance Digital", on EMI however my phone is suddenly not working properly and the issues are i.e- Phone Heating, Face Detaction not working, and Sound is also somewhat disturbed. I have submitted my phone to given address "iZenica

C- 39 Lower Ground floor DLF Mall of India, Sec - 18 Noida, Uttar Pradesh - 201301, INDIA", and they sent my phone to Banglore for the repair purpose and after 4 days I got a mail device with serial no. DNPVRFBRJCLF is not eligible for service because iPhone is Beyond Economical Repair (BER) from Repair Centre.

I just need to know if phone is in under warranty and before the submission of my phone the service centre has already checked, so how it is possible to its no repairable. Still I am paying the EMI of this phone and I have to pay the EMI till the month of july.

This is unauthorized and without any reason you people can not denied to repair my phone. Here, I am facing many issues with my "Iphone X".  Please explain the reason and this is not easy to afford again and again for a common middle class person to buy iphone easily. My phone is in under warranty and it should be repair without fail.

I already have raised a complaint but didn't get any update and the Complaint Number : 100734327904

If, any possibility is there then please repair my phone because for common person it is not an easy to by a Iphone X easily and still I am paying the EMI of INR Rs. 5000 every month. I am stuck over here now and I am hoping that you people would be do the needful as in INDIA, the services are unresponsive.
