Enabling Silverlight

I'm trying to download and enable Microsoft silverlight. I had it enabled before but after the last Mac update I guess it disabled silverlight. I've downloaded silverlight again but when I go to Preference > Security > there's no option to enable silverlight. It only says Fraudulent Sites and web content. How do I go about enabling it again?
