How to set volume limit?

How to set volume limit?

So I have tried everything when setting restrictions for volume limit with no success. My kids like to have their kidstube and games on full volume. Is their anyway to restrict IT? I’ve tried under the restrictions allow don’t allow and under music app in settings as per Apple directly. Not sure if there is anything else we can do, have both iPad mini 2 and iPad mini 2 with cellular. I did try it on my air 2 with no luck also but it’s for the iPad mini 2’s I need it for thanks

You haven’t told us what “everything” is - so it’s difficult for anyone here to know if you’ve attempted to set the volume limit correctly.

To set the volume limit on an iPad:

Settings > Music > Volume Limit > Off

From here, reduce the “slider” control to the required level; this enables the volume limit. To turn-off the limit, simply slide the slider to maximum.

Tried that with no luck, I’ve even turned the iPad off and back on and nothing. I’ve tried under the contract and privacy restrictions. I’ve googled it and tried what they show and non of it works
