Someone scammed me and now I need my money back

I was trying to buy Apple AirPods from a person I found on Mercari and I was messaging that person by his phone number and I payed with Apple Pay and they are ignoring me and scammed me. I know they scammed me because my boyfriend asked the number if they are selling AirPods and they said yes for the same price they sold it to me for. I have picture proof as well. When I tried signing in this randomly popped up on my phone and I do not know who it is, I thought it was my step dad because I told him about the situation but it is not.

I am not sure what I should do, I just want to get my money back. I am a 15 year old girl and his person scammed me leaving me with barely any money in my bank account and now they know where I live, is trying to sign into my account, and took my money.
