iPhone hacked

So I went to my Setting /General and scroll to the bottom. Look in the space between VPN and Regulatory and there was a something called Profiles between them two.

I clicked on it and it has despaired. My phone battery has been going down really quickly even when I’m not using my phone. It’s an iPhone XS Max

This morning I saw that my battery health was at 88% (Iphone 11 ios 15.3 since november 2019), and I've read that a low battery health or battery that drains out quickly is a symptom of an iPhone being hacked due to some stuff happening on the background. The thing is, I don't remember my battery health prior to the phishing incident. What should I do? Should I be worried?

iPhone hack I leave my iPhone 6s on charge overnight. In the morning the battery discharges very quickly - it even discharges if the phone is off. Once recharged it is then okay for the rest of the day with normal usage. I understand this sort of battery behaviour can indicate the phone has been hacked. Is this likely?
