Hi, i've a problem with my macbooc pro (2015). I can't initialize the HD cause when i look in Utility Disc i've only the main disk, and when i put the mac in recovery it says there's another disk that i can't initialize..
Someone can help me? :(

Also, launch Terminal and at the prompt enter:
diskutil list
Then press Return and paste the output here.
In Disk Utility, from the View menu choose "Show all devices". Then choose the uppermost, unindented icon, representing the entire drive and Erase.

But in the view of Disk Utility in recovery mode i’ve the first HD like yours and down i’ve another disk named “Image Disk etc...”. But in the Disk Utility view in “normal” mode there’s not the “image disk”.
I've seen that problem before when a disk is converted to APFS. I'll try to get you some further help.

Your welcome. That "Vista" menu is a new feature in Disk Utility. I think in an attempt by Apple to keep it simple, they made it more complex.
