Turn off shuffle in iTunes
Can't turn off shuffle in i Tumes. Changed Shuffle under controls and it still shuffling.

When in Shuffle mode, the shuffle icon in the Now Playing window is white arrows on dark grey button (as shown in the screenshot above - by the ringed area "method 2"). Either click on that Shuffle icon so that the icon becomes black arrows on the same light grey background as the rest of the window:
or use method 1, click on the Controls/Shuffle>Off. The two-arrows-pointing-at-each-other icon in the right hand side of the window is the Repeat button.
