Shuffle is not turned on, but iTunes shuffles anyway
iTunes shuffles whether shuffle is turned on or not. How do I stop it?

iTunes shuffles whether shuffle is turned on or not. How do I stop it?

There are two places to see Shuffle. When you open an album or playlist you will see Play and Shuffle above the song listing. Once you start playing a song select the Now Playing bar at the bottom of the screen (right above Library, For You, etc.). You will see the album art and the song which is playing. Scroll up and you will see Shuffle and Repeat. Make sure that the Shuffle button is not red.
