How can I completely block websites from notifying me???

After safari browsing to tomsguide.com yesterday that website now sends me many notifications each day. How can I completely block this website (or any website) from sending notifications???

Apple >system preferences> notifications does not list tomsguide.com in the notification list, or ANY website for that matter, that may send notifications.

Setting Safari notifications to > none has no effect.

Tomsguide.com website does not allow me to log onto any account, or send an account password reset to myself. It just errors, so I cannot control my account on that site, if I even have an account there.

Safari > Preferences > Websites

Select "Notifications" in the sidebar.

Select the the website on the right side.

Click the pop-up menu box and choose "Deny".

Select the website and click the "Remove" button at the bottom to remove the website.
