Hi new to Apple watch and trying to set up the personal fall alarm. I am following the googled instructions but when I go to the Health app there is no Medical Id tab that they are telling me to click. Any ideas please?

That is not the Health app that is the Watch app.
Iphone 7 plus and iOS 12.1.2
So do I need to download another app?
