Airport Base Station Agent Error 384

Good night,

I have attempted to connect my Time Capsule about ten times, every attempt yields a "Error 384" message. By the way, my PC is running on Microsoft 10 Pro. Any advice is much appreciated.

Thanks,

Servers/Datacom

You might not be aware that Windows 10 has disabled SMB1 type connections ......the type of connection that is used to connect a PC to a Time Capsule.

More information here........https://www.windowscentral.com/how-access-files-network-devices-using-smbv1-windows-10

As the article points out.......there is a significant security risk in enabling SMB1. We would not recommend that you do this, but it's your call.
