a malware orange page pop-up keep appearing on my Mac-how do I get rid of it?

A malware orange pop-up page keeps appearing on my MacBook Pro. How do I get rid of it. I have deleted my history and cookies and restarted my computer. After awhile it appears again.

MacBook Pro w/ Touch Bar (2018 or later)

Not much information. :-( When you are using a browser, or from the computer directly? If a browser, which one?
