Iphone xs max dual sim .. problem

Hello

I’ve been using iphone Xs max dual sim version for about 2 monthes now ... and I’m facing a problem that when im talking on one line and sombody calls me on the other line it says that the line is switched off !!! And i dont know how to solve it ? Has any one had such a problem ?

Dual Sim Issue I have US version of IPhone 12 Pro Max with a T-mobile e-sim (primary) and AT&T physical sim (secondary). I use primary line for calls/texts and secondary for internet. Whenever I receive a call I loose the internet, why is this happening? And is there a work around it?

You can't take calls on your second line when the first line is in use and vice versa.
