Hey, so I have a pair of Powerbeats 3 for 2 years now, and I can record videos and stuff with both the speaker and mic working, but when I make any phone or FaceTime calls they can’t hear me but I can hear them perfectly fine. What should I do?

My Powerbeats 3 doesn’t work properly in phone calls, but it does for anything else.
