MacBook Pro Screen flicker!

My MacBook started to flicker randomly. I wiped the whole hard drive. Reinstalled the macOS, safe boosted, internet recovery..... everything on the internet, I’ve tried. I don’t think it’s the screen becasue when I did the internet recovery the lines went, so it couldn’t be the screen. But something that makes me think it’s the screen, is when I open my Mac at about 45° the lines go away but when I open it further, the lines come back! Help please!
