Flicker screen

Few days back I formatted My MacBook Air for the first time and then it started working absolutely fine. After time I notice that screen starts flickering. In general I don't close Chrome browser and VLC player just close the flap. Is there any way I can look to fix this one ?

Also this flicker screen is not more than 2 sec.
