Merging Partitions

Hello,

I'm having some troubles, I found another thread similar, but I'm just having some troubles fixing it on my own with that.

Here is my output in OS terminal to diskutil list

/dev/disk0 (internal):

   #:                       TYPE NAME                    SIZE       IDENTIFIER

   0:      GUID_partition_scheme                         251.0 GB   disk0

   1:                        EFI EFI                     314.6 MB   disk0s1

   2:                 Apple_APFS Container disk1         182.0 GB   disk0s2

3:       Microsoft Basic Data OSXRESERVED             8.0 GB     disk0s3

   4:                 Apple_APFS Container disk2         60.6 GB    disk0s4

   5:                 Apple_Boot Boot OS X               134.2 MB   disk0s5

What I want to do is merge disk0s2 and disk0s4, making one partition. would I do this from the Recovery bootup menu?
