16:9 photos

The default Camera app doesn't allow you to change the default aspect ratio of the photo. But you can edit the taken photo later in the Photos app.

You can also use 3rd party camera apps that allow you to change the default aspect ratio.

Give a minute to double check, cause I do not remember which exactly LOL

ProCam 6 allows you to select the aspect ratio

Then there's no option for this, because there's no camera sensor for a phone in 16:9 aspect ratio.

Android phones are also cropping an image.
