Help for Lefties/ Safari vertical scroll bars more helpful if movable to left side. Can this be done?

My scroll bars are on the right side of the window in Safari. How can I move my scroll bar to the left?

Not seeing an option in System Preferences for the IOS or in Safari.

Ergonomically, it's not ideal for anyone to contort their posture to use scroll bars.

After long periods on my mac with my Wacom tablet(27in size) I get soar from having my arm arched across my screen to reach the scroll bar on the right side.

I hope there's a solution.

I don't know of any way to do that.

If you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.
