Fastsupport.com scam

I was contacted by 1-800-275-2273 by an automated message saying my iCloud account was compromised. I pressed 1 for customer service and the person on the other line said I had 3 simultaneous log ins on my iCloud account. He instructed me to go to securities in settings and turn on my firewall which I did. (I don't know why I had it off). He then told me to go to www.fastsupport.com. This was suspicious. Plus the background was very noisy and he didn't have the same customer support skills as other apple employees I have interacted with. I googled "fast support apple" and came up to a bunch of pages saying it was a scam. I just reported it to apple, but wanted to get the word out.
