Mojave 10.14.3 Combo Update will not install.

So had heard that some were finding that the new 10.14.3 Combo update will not install.

I have had the same experience.

When I get to Destination Select, the destination disk is noted as not meeting the requirements for the update.

The disk SSD APFS is Mojave 10.14.2.

More great software engineering from Apple.

It will also refuse to install on a Mojave installation on an HFS+ disk

whereas the full install version does, go figure.

It has an updated distribution list inside (more macOS builds can be updated), a different size (2.51 GB) than the original one (2.49 GB), and the pkg installer has been saved January 24 (vs. January 16).
