Widget Issue

I don't have any widgets on Dashboard. When I hit the + sign, I see a search bar, but nothing happens when I try to type in the field. How do I find items to add to the Widget dashboard? Mojave user here.

Missing "X" to close tab in Mojave After a new page is opened, there is no "x" in the upper left to close the window. This just started happening. I am sure the top sites icon used to be in the upper left corner of the tab bar. Now it is in the favorites bar and I cannot move it or "pin it" into the tab bar. If there is more than one page opened, then the "x" is available on the pages until I am down to one page, then no "x" to close page. I hope this is not too confusing and if anyone can offer some advice, it would be greatly appreciated. Regards, M

Calculator icon not displayed in macOS (Mojave) Hi all, I recently saw that the icon of the Calculator app is not displayed anymore in macOS (Mojave) when switching between apps using command+tab. Anyone else with the same issue, and maybe a solution for it? Regards, Roland P.S.: The Calculator app is working fine, so this is more an annoying issue than a real problem.

Widgets are gone in Mojave.
