iPhone XS Max video stuttering

I've been noticing some video stuttering when i'm watching movies while using the stock video apps and netflix . It happens frequently and it is very noticeable and it is freaking annoying . It's like when you play a video game and suddenly you hear a very loud sound coming from your computer and the game's fps drops like crazy but without the sound coming from the iPhone of cause . I'm even currently on the latest ios 12.1.2 but still the issue has not been fix .
