Shuffle Not Random

I use shuffle on all my playlists. The play order is indeed shuffled but it is not random. I get the songs in the same order each time. How can I get it to truly randomize the play order?

Shuffle only likes some songs in a playlist I have a playlist of around 190 Christmas songs in my Music Library. When I Shuffle this playlist, I always get the SAME 20 songs from the playlist. The order among these 20 varies, but it's always the same 20. The remaining 170 songs never appear. I checked some of my other playlists, and didn't run into this problem.

Songs playing at random in my playlist I have a playlist with more than 24000 songs(!!!). I’d like to hear it in alphabetical order. But, for some reason, when I stop listening to the playlist, after a couple of hours or on the next day, that playlist is not being play from where it left off. When I press the play bottom I got a “random “ song and the playing screen shows that the song is being played in a “shuffle “ mode....why? And how will I be able to play my playlists ONLY in alphabetical order? Thanks for the help here...

Apple Music Shuffle Maximum Count Hi folks! I'd like to ask a question, is there any limitation on the maximum number of songs the Music app adds to the playlist when using Shuffle mode? I explain the scenario: I have a playlist with more than 200 songs, when I click on Shuffle to start playing, no more than 21 songs are being placed to be played, when I click on Shuffle again, it generates a new random order, but only 21 new songs. Is there an option where I can tell Shuffle mode to consider the entire playlist instead of just 21 songs? Thanks for everyone's help 🙃

Reboot your device. See Play, repeat, and shuffle music - Apple Support. Are you still getting the same play order each time if shuffle is active?
