Smart battery for iPhone XS Max showing wrong percentage level

My smart case drops charge level from 100 to 96 and so on it won’t hold complete charge after full charge

Battery percentage increases after cold boot iPhone 7 - okay in Smart battery case. iPhone 7 approximately two years old running iOS 12.3.1 Always in an Apple Smart Battery case since new. When case runs out I sometimes use it on the phone battery (outside of the case). Out of the case the level drops (quite quickly) to around 10% I turn the phone off and back on and the battery level shows 45-50% ! The Battery preference says Maximum Capacity 91% Performance Management has been applied. So why does the level revert to a higher percentage after a cold boot and is there an app which tells me which apps are using the most battery “right now”? Is there anything which will tell me how many charge cycles the phone and the battery case have had? Many thanks Mike

iPhone XS Smart Battery Not Charging Phone At All I received an iPhone XS Smart Battery case as a gift for Christmas, and finally got around to using it. I charged it up, saw the orange light and after about 2 hours I tried to use it with my iPhone X but it doesn't work at all. I updated my phone's software to the latest and the charging happened for a split second, I could see that the case was charged up all the way but than it disapearred.

The battery percentage displayed on the iPhone located in the widget is incorrect this happens after iOS 12.1.3 for some reason the battery goes to 100 when fully charged and drains by 4 percent in matter of a minute it should be draining percentage by percentage and I try already 2 cases and they are doing the same thing so I think is a problem after the update
