Every Mac able to run Mountain Lion or later is both 64 bit computer and OS. It's the version of Photoshop you're running that's old.
Thanks so much. I have a Mac LapTop Pro from 2014. It says it only runs 32-bit.
There hasn't been a Mac or Mac OS that only runs in 32bit mode in many years. It's possible your version of Photoshop is 32bit which will need updated once Mojave is replaced.
