Jaybird x3 x4 and Tarah Pro with iPhone XS max

I have tried 3 different Jaybird earbuds with my xs max and have finally come to the conclusion that my connection issues are the phone. For weeks now I can not keep my headphones connected. When I pause the music or it is interrupted by an alarm the headphones disconnect in a matter of seconds. I have tried every suggested “fix” from updating to the latest iOS to doing a complete restore as new. The headphones work flawlessly on my old 6s plus and my sons xr . This is extremely frustrating as I have been using Jaybirds for years with zero issues until this phone.

You may want to try them on a different iPhone XS Max at your local Apple Store and see if you experience the same thing.

If you don't, you may need to have your phone serviced.
