Disappearing apps

I was watching a video then suddenly my phone lagged and all my apps got deleted including the App Store. I shutdown my phone and left it for half an hour. I went to my home screen and nothing changed. Suddenly all my apps come back but they were scrambled all over my phone. This happened 3 times. How can I fix this?
