My iPhone 7 keeps acting up and deleting apps that appear in the App Store...I can’t access my camera, news, videos, podcasts, FaceTime, and multiple websites are “restricted”. I’ve tried restarting my phone and that hasn’t helped

Settings > General > Screen Time > Content and Privacy Restrictions - check all options, it seems like you have multiple restrictions set.
