I'd like to be able to crop pictures in the photo program to specific dimension, such as 4.5x6. Is that possible?

(Although I have to admit I had no problems cropping to 4 X 3.5)
In the Crop tool you can specify a custom aspect ratio. Click "Custom and enter the width and height in pixel.
When I put in specific numbers, it always rounds them back to the whole number.
Then just double the number: 4X3.5 = 8X7 Same aspect ratio.
The numbers are the aspect ratio. If you want an aspect ratio of 4.5 x 6 you can enter 450 x 600. It will give the same result.
Is it possible to crop pictures to more specific dimensions than whole numbers? What if I want my photo to be 3 1/2 x5?
