RAM Memory Motherboard

Is it possible to stick out memory part of the motherboard which is totally destroyed and out of use (motherboard) and put another iPhone?

If you wish to replace the memory on the logic board of the iPhone, this is nearly impossible to do.


I would take it to a certified service centre and have it fixed.


You may be able to find another logic board on a 3rd party site such as eBay tho.

No, the RAM and cpu are a single integrated circuit soldered directly to the logic board. And those include the Secure Enclave system, and only that chip can work with that logic board storage ROMs.


The whole point of Secure Enclave and encryption tied to both firmware and passwords, as well as dedicated hardware, is that you cannot mix and match device components at that level.
