Issues with logging into Apple ID.

I've been trying to log into my Apple ID for a few hours. Tried resetting my password, put in the new one, and it's still not working. None of my apps will open and it's showing the download arrow next to them. All of my contacts and messages are also gone as well.

Has anyone dealt with this before or does anyone know how to fix this?

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Do a backup and try a factory reset.

Restore to Factory setting
