My friend and I had blocked each other for a long time, and recently unblocked each other. However it’s been a few weeks and the iMessage and FaceTime attempts still aren’t going through. Anyone know if this can be fixed?

If the issue occurs with a specific contact or contacts, delete and re-create the contact from the Contacts application. Create a new message to the newly created contact and try again.
Sometimes International Number prefix affects this unblocking. Hence Delete and Create

Unfortunately I tried this, (even added the two contacts and deleted them) and it still isn’t sending texts ): thank you though! I’ll see if it works for them also
Are you not getting the message or them? Maybe they haven’t unblocked you correctly. Check your blocking numbers list. Ta
