How to Request refund iTunes

first Off apple is wrong I purchase something on amazon and my card information was stored a month later iTunes music charged me a monthly subscription I didn’t sign up for that I call and I don’t get a person I get sent a link to request refund and no where is there to do so I canceled my subscription and removed my card information but I can’t find the area for the request refund is there a place for that or do I have to call my bank can anyone help

Purchasing something on amazon has nothing to do with iTunes and anything you've subscribed to via iTunes, they are two different companies.


Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
