Recovering notes on iPhone

Hey guys, I’m in need of some help. I mistakenly deleted a really important note on my phone. It’s not on the recently deleted list. So I’m only able to retrieve it from iCloud, i have absolutely no clue how to go about doing that.

If anyone could help me I’d really appreciate it.
