I purchased the animal pack on 8ball pool and it took money out of my account but the pool sticks are still locked why can I not access what I purchased?

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. I understand you made an in-app purchase and you're not able to access your content.
If this is a non-consumable purchase as it sounds, you may be able to restore it. Check out this information from the article titled If you don't see your in-app purchases:
To restore a non-consumable purchase, open the app that you made the purchase in and look for an option to restore. You might find it in one of these places:
- The app's main menu.
- The app's Settings or Options menus.
- The app's in-app store.
