How do I move to the next row in a spreadsheet using dictation on my Mac?

I'm trying to input basic data into a spreadsheet using dictation on my Mac. But I can't get it to start a new row. "New line", "New paragraph", etc just create a new line within the sell. "Move down", "next row" are not working either. Can't find any info when I google it. Can't figure out how to create my own new command. Please help!

Update: It seems the commands work just fine in Google Sheets. Even "Enter" will move down to the next line, in the starting row. Weird that these commends don't work in numbers, but happy to have figured out a working system.
