Billing payment method

Hi, I have a Apple Music account with you guys, my subscription was due on the 26. However I paid from a different bank account, it took 11.29 instead of 9.99. What’s the cause of that?

Apple Music charged me twice in 10 day. I have Apple Music and my payment was originally taken out on August 18th, 2018. Today, I tried to play music and it said I needed to update my billing info. Today is August 30TH, 2018. I checked my history and it shows I was last BILLED July 2018, but not from August. My transactions from my bank account shows that payment AND the payment taken out on August 18th

Check the purchase history on your Apple ID for a list of all charges to that account.

That should specify the 11.29.
