Missing Battery Health percentage
I bought a used iphone 7 Plus but its battery health percentage isn't showing up. What could be the issue?

Thanks for using Apple Discussions. Please make sure your iPhone is up-to-date first: Tap Settings > General > Software Update. Tap Download and Install. If a message asks to temporarily remove apps because iOS needs more space for the update, tap Continue or Cancel.
If you’re iPhone is up-to-date and is still not showing your Battery Health percentage, please contact Apple Support to help further your issue.
