How to cancel the charge from astropad

Hi,


Did a mistake and choose the yearly plan because I thought there is no meaning what was chosen to try the trial.


After 2 minutes trying the app understanding it’s not for me I went to the App Store to cancel it and find out that there is no way to cancel the charge and I’m going to pay for something there is no use for me.


How can I stop the charge, today is my first day, this app is not for me not working properly with my iPad only shows 1/3 of my MacBook Pro screen.


Any help will be welcome.

Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
